All items are eligible for return during 15-days after the delivery date to the original address of purchase. All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. For home décor products, which are used, broken, removed from the original package or in un-sellable condition are also not eligible for a refund. Un-sellable condition is described as, but not limited to, fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or another pungent odor.
If a returned product arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.
The cost of the return will be at client’s cost; not designfabrics.com. In the case that the error was from designfabrics.com, we will send via email the return shipping label and the clients have an additional 5 days to ship the product to our warehouse. New shipment will be done after the product has been returned and received in a salable condition.
If your fabric arrived on a roll or bolt, designfabrics.com requires that it be sent back to us the same way and conditions that it has been shipped.
All refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after the product is received in our warehouse. We will notify via email as soon as the item has been received. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
Shipping and Delivery
US Territories – Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges to U.S. Territories are based on a flat rate plus the weight of the package. Your shipping charge is calculated after the Ship To: section of the order page is completed. You will be able to review the shipping charges before you place your order.
Please contact one of our representative if you would like shipment out of US Territories. All shipment will be calculated based on the weight, size and any other necessary fees related to the shipment destination.
Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes the carrier to deliver your package from our warehouse in Florida to your particular address. We ship via UPS and USPS, upon order you will receive shipping carrier and order tracking information for your order via email. It is our goal that you will receive your order within 7 business days of order placement.
Most of the products are based on special order; please review the additional information of the product for shipping information. In the case that the fabric is not available, discontinued or the product is delayed, we will send an email with the information. The client has the option to cancel the order, change the product or wait for the shipment. In case the product is not in our warehouse, the next day shipment will apply as soon we have the fabric available in our warehouse. Usually products take around 4-5 business days to be received in our warehouse.
